Platinum Recruitment’s Front of House Division is currently representing a busy hotel near Solihull and have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join their team.
A recently refurbished hotel, with strong plans for further expansion, it is an exciting time to join the team. With just under 30 rooms, this hotel is by no means quiet, it has extensive conference and events space as well as the popular restaurant, which provides an excellent excuse to visit the hotel.
This is a key role within the hotel. As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and as the face of the hotel, you will boast a friendly and approachable manner offering guests a professional experience from start to finish.
As a talented and experienced Receptionist, you will use your strong administration skills to aid other departments such as sales. You will take reservations for overnight stays, dining at the restaurant and for event admittance as necessary. You will use your organisational skills and passion for customer service to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth service
