Role: Relief Chef de Partie

Location: London

Salary / Rate of pay: £15-£17 per hour

Due to an increase of enquiries, Platinum Recruitment are currently looking for a number of Relief Chef de Parties to assist various hotels, restaurants and pubs in and around London on a temporary basis.

Assignments will vary in duration from 1 week to 1 month and in many cases, the business may even need ongoing support.

Accommodation is not available on these particular assignments therefore you must be able to commute to London daily for these roles however we do also recruit chefs for other assignments nationwide of you’d like to see a different part of the country!

• As a Relief Chef de Partie you will be supporting our clients on a temporary basis.

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality

• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
