RELIEF CHEF – CHANNEL ISLES – 3 & 4 STAR HOTELS – £9.00 to £12.00 per hour
Platinum Recruitment’s Chef Division is currently representing a number of hotels and restaurants in the Channel Islands who are in need of relief chef assistance at all levels from Chef de Partie to Head Chef as soon as possible.
Our Channel Islands clients range from small privately owned restaurants to large 4 and 5 star hotels. The majority of these properties are either in St Helier or St Peterport with others in more outlying areas. All relief chef assignments come with accommodation and your flights will be reimbursed to you once you are on the islands. We are looking for Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties who are able to hit the ground running as all our clients are entering the busiest part of the year and need a little extra help
As a relief chef you will be working with, and under, the direction of the Head Chef and will be expected to be able to slot smoothly into the kitchen brigade. As a relief chef you will ideally have a minimum 2 years’ experience at Chef de Partie level or higher and while rosette experience is preferable it is by no means essential.
