Platinum Recruitment’s Front of House Division are continuously working with hotels around the UK to provide them with fantastic temporary staff.

We are currently looking for experienced hotel Food and Beverage Managers to travel and complete assignments throughout the UK.

Client

Our clients are a mixture of 3 and 4 Star Hotels that are looking for professional Relief Restaurant Managers that are passionate about hospitality.

Role

We are looking for candidates who delivers fantastic customer service and who can lead by example. Candidates must work in a professional manner and ensuring all aspects of service and the department are run smoothly and efficiently. You must be confident in cash up duties and stock taking.
