What’s involved?
As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for assisting guests and agents with their hotel reservations and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Duties:

• Processing reservations and ensuring all guest information is entered correctly into the system
• Resolving any issues or concerns raised by guests in a timely and professional manner
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting guests with their hotel reservations
• Responding to emails and processing/updating agent bookings
• Providing accurate information about room availability, rates, and amenities
• Ensuring guest preferences are noted and handling special requests
• Ensure a seamless guest experience by collaborating with other departments
• Maintaining knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and promotions
