Reservations and Meetings and Events Office Manager – Buckinghamshire – to £27,000

Platinum Recruitment’s Front of House Division is currently representing a large hotel in Buckinghamshire and have a fantastic opportunity for a Reservations and Meetings and Events Office Manager to join their team.


The hotel is set in extensive grounds and has a large conference and events space, catering for meetings and corporate events during the week, with a leisure focus at the weekends. The hotel is part of a well known and respected national group.

The Reservations and Meetings and Events Office Manager will be responsible for the Meetings and Events function across the property; coordinating the team in order to deliver excellent customer service.

Liaising with all departments, you will report to the General Manager and will oversee the process for all bookings within your team.

You will build long term relationships, working with revenue and profit targets to achieve the maximum yield possible for the business.

The Reservations and Meetings and Events Office Manager will be positive and proactive, presenting a professional image at all times, promoting the brand.
