What’s involved in this Operations Manager role?

• Manage multiple F&B outlets.
• You must be a hands on manager, who loves being on the floor, with your team.
• Posses a natural ability to lead and resolve issues, while upholding a calm demeanour and approach.
• Ensure exceptional service throughout the venue.
• To create and maintain a team environment and to motivate and train team members to achieve the required standards, therefore meeting and exceeding the guest’s expectations in terms of quality of product and service on a daily

What’s required?

• Restaurant Management experience working in a multiple outlet environment.
• 5* Hotel or a minimum of 4 AA Rosette and above experience.
• Food & Wine knowledge
• Due to the venue location, you must have your own transportation.
