What’s involved in this Restaurant Manager role

• To maintain and improve standards of service and develop the procedures within the Food service operation areas whilst training and developing the team.

• To work within the defined Brand standards which should apply to all food & beverage operations, and to ensure that these standards are continuously maintained.

What’s required?

• Previous experience with a branded Hotel at management level.
• Resilient, creativity, able multitask and can work under pressure
• Ability to lead and develop their team
• Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time
