What’s involved?

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for creating a new operating model for the restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and delivers exceptional service to its guests. You will be responsible for ensuing stock levels are maintained, assisting with pricing on menus and for the overall profitability of the restaurant function. As part of your role, you will ensure that events and functions run smoothly alongside the reservations manager, and lead initiatives to identify areas when improvements can be made.
