What’s involved?
As Revenue Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to increase profitability
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue optimization
• Implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and market conditions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop pricing models that maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue performance
• Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and systems to enhance revenue generation
• Provide regular reports and analysis on revenue performance to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in revenue management
• Develop OTA partnerships and ensure channel agnostic approach to business

Prior experience as Revenue Manager is essential and ideally from a multi-site hotel background or similar. Someone with strong analytical skills as well as problem solving skills is desired and with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, finance, marketing or statistics would be advantageous. Also excellent knowledge of Opera PMS, EzRMS, TravelClick, 3^rd party extranets and other Revenue systems is preferred.
