As Roaming General Manager, you will be required to cover sickness and holiday in the absence of General Manager including rotas, P&L reporting and stock and cash management. Building sales and marketing plans as well as team development is also prominent within this role. A driving license and vehicle is essential, and applicants must be prepared to stay away during the working week (accommodation provided).
