What is involved?
As a Seasonal Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be required to take food and drink orders, deliver food and drink to customers in accordance with the standards on the property as well as deal with guest requests. The Food and Beverage Assistant will also be clearing tables, removing cutlery and crockery to kitchen areas and replenish stock as and when required. The ideal candidate with have previous experience working as a Waiter/Waitress within a hotel or restaurant environment. Due to the current restriction in place, the Temporary Food and Beverage Assistant will be living in Guernsey or Alderney.
