Platinum Recruitment’s Pubs and Bars Division is currently representing a 4 star hotel in Sutton Coldfield and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Senior Chef De Partie to join their team.
This award winning 4 star hotel has a strong leaning towards the better end of the hotel market. As an award winning property the staff provide some of the highest levels of luxury available. The hotel has 2 rosettes for the food in the fine dining restaurant, and the also do a fair amount of top end parties, weddings and conference, so experience in this would also be an advantage for the Junior Sous Chef.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef who is looking for a new challenge in their career. We are looking to recruit a Pastry Chef who is able to produce high quality desserts, breads and ice creams from scratch. The key thing the Pastry Chef MUST have is a passion for food which will come out in the cuisine you produce. Ideally you will be coming from or have had experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel with at least 1-2 rosette background.
