Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a popular wedding venue in North West London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Meetings and Events Coordinator to join their team, initially on a maternity cover contract.

The idea Senior Meetings and Events Coordinator will have experience in a similar capacity within a country house hotel or wedding venue. Some supervisory experience in desirable, potentially within a branded environment and an understanding of revenue management would be advantageous.
The Senior Meetings and Events Coordinator at this hotel will be responsible for dealing with all incoming enquiries, negotiating contracts and ensuring all departments are prepared for the event, potentially with some involvement on the day of the events.
Ideally, you will have a good understanding of Reception and Revenue functions within hotels and will be able to work with corporate clients to agree new rates and packages.
