What’s involved?
As a Senior Sous Chef you will be assisting the head chef in running a busy staff kitchen in a business based in Bristol, running shifts, controlling stock and liaising with the management to provide a first-class service to your customers. You will be producing outstanding fresh food, using high quality ingredients, and creating exciting menu concepts for the restaurant. You will also support and develop the other team members, leading by example and adhering to all health and safety standards.
