Package

• £29,607.84 per annum
• Salary increases in April 2024 rising to £31,737.60 per annum
• 40 hours per week contract
• 5 days out of 7 including rotational weekends

What’s involved?
As a Sous Chef, you will be involved in service within a staff restaurant, catering for breakfast lunch & dinner. You will work within a large brigade, producing a range of fresh, healthy meals for a large number of covers each day. Shift patterns range between 05:00 – 18:30 on a rota basis. Part of the responsibility of a Sous Chef with this caterer is to report to the Catering Manager onsite to ensure all Junior members of the team are following procedures, recipe specs, and Catering to a high professional standard.
