• What’s involved?
  As Sous Chef you will work very closely with the Head Chef in running the kitchen in a fast efficient manner while maintain quality
• You will have a fair amount of flair and imagination as well as being able to serve the usual crowd pleasing dishes which will form a large part of your workload.
• You will have excellent communication skills as well as being a brilliant motivator without making a fuss.
• As Sous Chef you will ideally come from a high turnover, high volume background and be able to deliver consistently good results.
