Platinum Recruitment’s Regional Chef Division is currently representing a hotel in Beaulieu and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
This client is placed in a beautiful setting of woodlands and near other famous establishments. The hotel can host weddings, functions and events as well as serving food in their AA-Rosette Awarded 100 cover Resturaunt or their Garden Bar.
As Sous Chef you will lead the kitchen team in the Head chef’s absence. Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating. Overseeing and organising the kitchen stock and ingredients. A rosette and sous chef background would be essential for this role.
