Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a family hotel in Sweden who are looking for a Sous Chef to join their busy team.

Package

• £25,200+ Paid overtime for working after 6pm

What’s involved?

• As Sous Chef you will be number 2 in a small kitchen team with a Head Chef, 2 commis chefs and 2 kps.
• You will be cooking good wholesome dishes for the 50 guests and around 30- 40 staff
• As Sous Chef you will be expected to place orders, control stock and monitor buffet presentation and replenishment.
• You will also have some interaction with guests and so you must be presentable at all times.
