Please note you will not be considered if you do not have Michelin or 3AA rosette experience within the past 5 years

What’s involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef & team. Duties to include planning menus, making sure food is of the right quality and price, managing stock, ordering food from local suppliers, controlling a budget, keeping accurate records, managing health and hygiene procedures, organising the staff duty rota, recruiting, training, and developing staff. Coordinates with restaurant management team on supply ordering budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing.
The ideal candidate will have a calm and nurturing manor to fit in with the dynamics of the team and to ensure that the up and coming generations can learn to their full potential from some of the best chefs in the industry.
