What’s involved?
As a Sous Chef you would get the chance work alongside a talented Head Chef. You will be responsible for running the day to day operation of the kitchen, producing quality dishes to the highest standards. You will be confident in accepting & checking the quality of ingredients from agreed suppliers. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
