Our Client is a Contract Catering business who manage a staff restaurant at a site in the outskirts of Farnborough. The role offers a fantastic work / life balance.

What’s involved?
You’ll be preparing and cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, following recipe cards, as well as completing temperature checks, date labelling, and daily Health & Hygiene paperwork. You will run service in the absence of the Head Chef, and will support the development of junior Chefs in the brigade.
Shift patterns are 8 hour per day, with alternating weekends off. Early shifts are 06:00-14:00 and late shifts are 13:00-21:00.
