The ideal candidate must have a proven track record as a Sous chef. There is a good opportunity for career progression within the hotel group. On a daily basis you will be required to lead the team in the absences of the Head chef. You will also be required to assist the Head chef in the writing and costing of seasonal menus and maintaining the very high levels of hygiene within the kitchen.
