What’s involved?

Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a small team of 3 Chefs. Must be comfortable cooking with fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food and be able to step up in absence of the Head Chef. Previous restaurant/Gastro pub environment would be an advantage and ideally would come from a Rosette background.
