Platinum Recruitment’s Elite Division is currently representing a Hotel in Oxfordshire and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
Our Client is a stunning hotel set in the beautiful Cotswolds area who are looking for a talented Sous Chef to help achieve their goal of 3 AA Rosettes.
The restaurant fuses contemporary and traditional British cooking and selects the best regional, seasonal ingredients, while supporting British farmers, fishermen and artisan producers.
Assisting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and developing junior members of the kitchen. Assisting with achieving 3 AA Rosettes.
A minimum of 2-3 AA Rosette experience in a similar position is essential for this role.
