2 rosette Hotels geared to Scottish fine dining which have an accomplished Head Chef at the helm seeking the support of an ambitious Sous Chef. Family owned boutique hotel group with great prospects.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience as Sous Chef with at least 1 rosette background. You will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef & ensure all systems & standards are adhered to at all times.
