Platinum Recruitment’s Elite Division is currently representing a Brand-new Hotel and Restaurant opening in Cheshire and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
Our client is a brand-new hotel and restaurant opening in a historical town in Cheshire. The property is part of a fast-growing group of properties offering modern interpretations of traditional flavours with a focus on simple, seasonal dishes.
As Sous Chef you will be assisting with overseeing and managing the entire kitchen whilst reporting directly to the Head Chef. You will be responsible for the day to day to running of the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. You will have previous experience as a Sous Chef within a 3 AA Rosette establishment and be capable of working as part of a well-established team of approximately 15 Chefs.
