Platinum Recruitment’s Elite Division is currently representing a luxury Hotel in the Cotswolds and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
Our client is a luxury Hotel situated within a private estate in the Cotswolds.
The Hotel offers a 2 AA Rosette restaurant which is led by a renowned Chef who has previously held Michelin Stars and offers a wealth of knowledge for any aspiring Chef.
The kitchen produces high quality dishes using locally and responsibly sourced fresh produce.
As Sous Chef you will be assisting with the entire running of the kitchen, including overseeing all members within the team and reporting directly to the Head Chef.
You will have previous experience as a Sous Chef working at a 2 AA Rosette level within a busy hotel and be passionate about using fresh, local produce.
