Platinum Recruitment’s Southampton Office is currently representing a Hotel in Southampton and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
Our Client is a large hotel in Southampton which boasts a Rosette standard restaurant, as well as a busy calendar of weddings & events.
The ideal candidate will have a extensive experience within fresh-food Restaurants, and we be capable of managing a team of 10, as well as sourcing great produce and creating fresh, seasonal dishes.
Experience within a Rosette Restaurant is preferred but not essential.
