Sous Chef – Brighton – Seafood Restaurant – £30,000
Platinum Recruitment’s Chefs Division is currently representing a Seafood Restaurant in Brighton and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
This busy seafood restaurant is located in the centre of town and are currently looking for a Sous Chef with a passion for food to join their already strong kitchen brigade. The menu is 95% seafood offering a fine dining twist – being one of the oldest restaurants in Brighton they have earned a well established reputation and following.
The new Senior Sous Chef will be comfortable with catering to a high volume, at a fast pace and to an excellent standard. The new Senior Sous Chef will be directly responsible to the Head Chef and help manage a kitchen brigade of nine chefs. Working 4 days 12pm-10pm and 1 day 10am – 4pm this position gives a very healthy work life balance. Fish experience is essential.
