As Temporary Front Office Manager you will oversee the front desk and night team, taking responsibility for ensuring the guests always receive high standards of service daily. You will be expected to report directly to the General Manager but maintain excellent communication with all departments especially with the HOD’s.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience using ONQ PMS and be confident in answering guests queries and deal with complaints.
