Much to my daughters’ surprise, I won the much-coveted ‘Sportsman of the year’ during my younger, fitter days at school.
My career in Hospitality started as a waiter and sommelier whilst studying Hospitality Management at college. Soon after I graduated, my focus took a leaning towards the kitchen and for 13 years I was lucky enough to work with some amazing, inspirational Chefs in venues up to 2 Michelin stars.
When I decided to hang up my whites, the logical step was to use my experience and passion for hospitality in a different way. In April 2001, I moved into Hospitality Recruitment and never looked back.
I love the industry and more so the people who work within it. My love for food has remained and I will always be a passionate foodie.
